In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their course and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
If you want to change your plan/course, then you can do it. You can cancel your subscribed course at any time but you will not get the refund always. Suppose you’ve purchased a wrong course and you want to cancel your current subscription for purchasing the other course, then you can do it. In this case, you have to call our customer care number (8906-693-993) or you can send a WhatsApp message to buy another course within 24hrs then you may get upto 100% refund to buy another course from us. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
Refund Policy
100% refund will be initiated if there is any technical error. Suppose you are trying to buy our courses and your money has been debited from your bank account and the course has not been activated in your account - in this case, if we receive the money, then you will get the refund or your course will be activated in your account. No refund will be initiated once you’ve purchased our courses successfully. Because we’ve already given you 3 days to try our course/study materials. And you should buy our course after trying 3 days. Although these are digital services/digital materials - that’s why we are unable to give you the refund on successful purchase. Hope you understand.
